Observe a Class

You are welcome to sit and observe a class at any time. Check the schedule for a class that is convenient for you, but we recommend that you try to come to a class that Sensei is teaching. Before you visit, please take a moment to let us know you are coming.

When you do visit, please observe the following rules of etiquette:

1. Please sit respectfully, never with legs propped up on the furniture or in a reclining position.
   
   
2. Please do not eat or drink while class is in progress.
   
   
3. Please refrain from talking to people while they are on the mat.
   
   
4. Please do not talk or walk around while the instructor is demonstrating or lecturing.

Again, here is the schedule. There are as many as three classes a day as well as special 8-week beginners classes.
