Observe a Class

You are welcome to sit and observe a class at any time. Check the schedule for a class that is convenient for you. Before you visit, please take a moment to let us know you are coming.

When you do visit, please observe the following rules of etiquette:

• Please sit respectfully, never with legs propped up on the furniture or in a reclining position.
• Please do not eat or drink while class is in progress.
• Please refrain from talking to people while they are on the mat.
• Please do not talk or walk around while the instructor is demonstrating or lecturing.
