We've posted the latest Bucks County AikidoThe word "Aikido" is made up of three japanese characters: ai - harmony, ki - spirit, mind, or universal energy, do - the way. Thus Aikido is "the way of harmony with universal energy." Journal online.

I feel like a child more often and more acutely now than I ever did be­fore, and maybe that in itself should be a clue. Children aren’t ashamed of acting like children.
